This Agreement is made effective as of 10/20/2023, by and between Luna Soul Planning and Events and Client’s Name(s): Emily Steece

In this Agreement, the party who is contracting to provide services shall be referred to as Luna Soul Planning and Events and the party who will be receiving the services shall be referred to as “Client(s)”. 

Luna Soul Planning and Events represents that they have a background in all aspects of the event coordination profession. Luna Soul Planning and Events is willing to provide services based on this background. 

The Client or agent of the Client represents that the Client plans for the event to take place on       9/28/2024      (Date of Event), and they desire to have event coordination, and related products and services provided by Luna Soul Planning and Events.

Therefore, the parties agree as follows: 

1) Description of Services: Luna Soul Planning and Events will provide the following event planning, and/or wedding planning and reception services as a Partial Planning

• Vendor Recommendations & assistance with securing vendors (client will still help with the vendor search and provide suggestions 50/50 shared partnership in finding vendors)
• Unlimited Venue visits, vendor meetings and email communication
• Design tips (But not full design. Client will provide color pallette and main decor ideas)
• Review of vendor contracts before client signs
• Budgeting suggestions (But not detailed budget spreadsheet and not balance tracking)
• Create a day-of timeline
• Create floor plans for the ceremony and reception
• Read through contracts (to make sure they are within contract with all
• vendors)
• Day-of coordination: “We are the first to arrive, last to leave” (cocktail hour and reception)
• Setup and breakdown all personal decor (*this does not include creating centerpieces, adding elaborate florals to arches, etc.)
• Includes planner + assistant
• Handle communication with vendors during 6 weeks leading up to wedding
• Relay final guest counts to all necessary vendors
• Ensure that rental order matches layout + all necessary items are rented
• Send final timeline and layouts out to all vendors 2 weeks prior to the wedding
